6:30pm: Doors open Silent Auction and Sign-up for Clinics & Competition

7:00 pm: Professional Ice Climbing Athlete Presentation with a movie/slideshow

8:00pm: Live Auction (Items donated by CAMP USA, Sterling Ropes, Eddie Bauer, Alyeska Resort, Petzl, Arc’Teryx, Skinny Raven, cool Alaskan guided trips, massages and other stuff)

8:45 pm: International Ice Climbing/Alpine movie selection

9:15 pm: Announcement of Silent Auction bid winners, wrap up.
