The Seward Highway reopened at 11:30 a.m., today from Seward to Anchorage. The Whittier Tunnel also is open and operating on its published schedule. Department of Transportation advises that winter driving conditions still prevail along the highway with winds and limited visibility. Additional snow is in the forecast.
