The Andalusia Ballet

About Us:

The Andalusia Academy of Ballet, under the direction of Meryane Martin-Murphy, focuses on quality technical training in classical ballet and related dance forms. Students are exposed at an early age to a disciplined, professional attitude, developing through the years the strength, line and flexibility of classical technique. Self-discipline and dedication to work, along with a love and appreciation of dance as an art form, are nurtured in each child.

The Andalusia Ballet Association, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the art of dance in our community, and its performing company, the Andalusia Ballet, both make their home at the studio. Dedicated students desiring additional study and performing opportunities are encouraged to audition for the company. The Association presents and annual Christmas and Spring Showcase performance along with special workshops and master classes that are open to all area dancers. The presence of the Andalusia Ballet Association further enriches the dance experience of all students.
