$408K grant will be used for youthful sex offenders

A $408,170 grant awarded to the Department of Youth Services by Gov. Robert Bentley will be used to continue a program for juvenile sex offenders. According to the Gadsden Times, the department’s Continuum of Care program holds juveniles responsible for their actions while teaching them the consequences of their behavior through individual counseling.
