Lawsuit filed against Madison School Board

The Madison School Board met in executive session Thursday to discuss a pending lawsuit recently filed by the family of Discovery Middle School student Todd Brown, who was killed during a class change Feb. 5, 2010. According to the Huntsville Times, School Superintendent Dee Fowler, former Discovery Principal Sharon Willis and members of the school board are named as defendants.
