A limited liability group backed by Rime Management Group Inc. recently sold a Shelby County apartment complex for $14 million, public records show. Birmingham-registered Weatherby Manor LLC just sold the 240-unit Kensington Manor in Calera to Landmark at Lancaster Place LP of Jupiter, Fla., for $14 million after buying the apartments for nearly $5.7 million in 2007 from Seil Ho LLC, according to public records.
