Advanced Children’s Pottery Class

Advanced children’s pottery classes are for the student who has taken pottery classes before for more than 8 sessions, who demonstrate knowledge of and interest in working with a pottery wheel, and who are 4th grade and up.

Students in this class will continue to increase their knowledge of hand molding of clay, improve their use of tools for design, improve color glaze application, learn basic wheel techniques, and work to create a design pattern of their own as they create bowls, vases, and decorative plateware for the table.

Cost: $50 per student and payment is required at registration.
