This exhibition will showcase works by several southern self-taught
artists including Bill Traylor, Jimmy Lee Sudduth, Mose Tolliver and
Howard Finster. Works in this exhibition are on loan from the High
Museum of Art, the private collection of Jerry Seigel of Atlanta, Ga.,
Karshiek Sims-Alvardo of Atlanta, Ga. and Elaine Johnson of Dothan,
Ala. A selection of work in this exhibition will be from the WMA
permanent collection.
