Mrs. Eula Mae Harrison, residing at 1288 County Road 288, Five Points, Alabama 36855, passed away at her residence in Five Points, on Saturday afternoon, April 9, 2011. Public viewing and visiting hours for Mrs. Harrison will be observed on Friday, April 15, 2011 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Harrison will lay in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral services. Funeral services for Mrs. Harrison will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the Wehadkee Baptist Church, 572 Old School Road, Abbotsford, Georgia 30240, with Reverend Otis Wilson, Pastor, Reverend Arthur McFarlin, Eulogist, and Moderator WA Dean, officiating and burial in the adjoining cemetery at the church. The service time is 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), which will be 1:00 PM (Central Time). The Obituary We pause to remember one of our most beloved community mothers, Mrs. Eula Mae Harrison, who will long be remembered as one of the most compassionate and caring souls in our community. Miss Eula Mae Hudson was born in Troup County, Georgia on December 14, 1927, to the parentage of the late Shed Hudson and Viola (Harris) Sheppard. She was later blessed with a step-father, Charlie Sheppard. At an early age, she united with the Wehadkee Missionary Baptist Church, Abottsford, Georgia, where she was a faithful and active member.
