We are a body of believers committed to worshiping and serving Jesus Christ. As a Baptist Church, we join with like-minded Christians in spreading the gospel around the world.

Christ reached out to people of all ages and backgrounds and at Tompkins Baptist Church we desire to do the same. That's why you'll discover here ministries geared to various life stages and needs. That's why we have a place for everyone to study the Scriptures, fellowship together, and minister to others through numerous service opportunities.

Our Mission:

We are the people of Tompkins Baptist Church. We share five basic goals which are the reason for our existence and the motivation for our continuing efforts in God’s kingdom.
They are:

TO SHARE CHRIST - With as many people as possible in our church, community, and throughout the world

WORSHIP - Helping people experience an awareness of God, recognize His person, and respond to His leadership

TO EXPERIENCE FELLOWSHIP - An increasingly meaningful relationship with Christ through fellowship with other believers

TO MINISTER - By demonstrating Christ's love to others

TO LEARN - How to live like Christ and by emphasizing a total commitment of life, personality, and possessions to His Lordship
