Striping on Memorial Parkway hard to see at night or during rain

Normally, the Alabama Department of Transportation doesn't install new striping on a road that's scheduled to be repaved in a year or so unless it presents a safety hazard. Almost all of the limited access portion of Memorial Parkway is scheduled to be repaved this year.
