Jacksonville Fire Department

JFD is a combination career/volunteer organization which strives to meet the fire, EMS and rescue neesd of our community. Our membership includes 16 full-time career personnel, 18 volunteer firefighters and 8 part-time presonnel.

Volunteer training drills are scheduled for the first and third Tuesday night of each month at 6:30 PM and are conducted at Central Fire Station located at 506 Chinabee Ave SE (directly behind the Chevron). New volunteers are always welcome.
