Feds say Bayou defendant Janey Galbraith admitted to corrupt payments in 1990s

MOBILE, Alabama -- A federal filing that attempts to show a pattern of misdeeds by Bayou La Batre grant manager Janey Galbraith says that she made payoffs to keep a grant contract more than a dozen years ago after running into interference from Gov. Don Siegelman’s administration.
