Judge tosses 2 charges in Bayou La Batre corruption case

MOBILE, Alabama -- A federal judge today threw out 2 criminal charges against Bayou La Batre Mayor Stan Wright but ruled against him and his co-defendants in their efforts to dismiss other counts in the indictment.
