Zumba For Kids

A fun and healthy program for children using the ZUMBA Fitness concept.

The focus of ZumbAtomic is NOT weight loss. 

The goal of ZumbAtomic is to use kid-friendly songs, dances, and actions to develop the following:

Healthy Lifestyle
Teamwork
Self Esteem
BALANCE
Coordination
Creativity

Mom gets a free class with Karen Allen!!!

Karen offers an adult class in the gym Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 5:30.  The kids’ class will be in the banquet room on Mondays at 5:30.

Space is limited for the kids’ program – registration forms available at the Talladega Rec on Spring Street.  Cost is $20.00 for the 4 week session. Please register by May 25th.
