Thursday Childrens Toddler Time

Ages 24 to 36 months and a caregiver

“Toddler Time” focuses on books, finger plays, songs and rhymes. The programs are thematically
based each week. The goal is to develop and nurture a child’s love of books and the library,
to model literature sharing to adults, and to make adults aware of the resources available to
them at the Tuscaloosa Public Library.

This story time is offered on Thursday mornings at 10:00
a.m. and is limited to 20 children on a first come, first served basis. When children reach their third birthday, they are encouraged to attend our preschool story time designed for 3 to 5 year olds. To help make storytime enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you follow the guidelines below.

Guidelines:

Please be on time. Exit quietly from the Story Castle if your child becomes restless. Discuss Toddler Time with your child prior to attendance. Please observe the library’s NO FOOD OR DRINK policy.
