This is preparation for riding, walking in the practice ring and then off to ride. The last activity was riding along as the cattle were moved from one pasture to the feed pen area. What a great experience for the beginning rider to the more experienced. We were able to ride thru a wooded trail to a lake and also in open areas.

As of May 19, extremely high flood waters on the Ouachita River are threatening to cause the levees to fail, which would postpone and alter the partners' plans to reconnect the river to its floodplain.
