The church is a Fellowship, therefore, we promote unity and downplay differences; as a result few things are voted on, as voting often creates conflict.

The church is a Family, therefore, we operate on the basis of relationships, not rules.

The church is a Body not a business, an organism not an organization, therefore, we function on the basis of spiritual gifts not elected offices; and the people are the ministers and the staff are the administrators.

The church is referred to as a flock of sheep in the scriptures and, therefore, is lead by shepherds.
