There are two blinds on the property that have been leased out in years past with impressive consistent duck harvest numbers. One of the blinds overlooks a natural elevation change in the field next to the Bayou timber that can be flooded and is not visible from the road. Bayou De View runs the length of the western border and there are about 19 acres of timber on that side, including several large white Oaks and a large number of persimmon trees that create some great early bow season opportunities with deer. There are also several nice green timber holes along side Bayou DeView. This is a great dual purpose property, fulfilling the recreational desire and farming side as well.
