Curtain set to rise on ’12 fiscal session

For the second time, the Arkansas General Assembly will convene in a fiscal session starting Monday at noon. It will consider Gov. Mike Beebe’s proposed $4.7 billion general revenue budget for fiscal 2013 and possibly a few other matters.
