How about adding buried lines as you do other utility work? For example, Quitman just buried miles of water pipes. How about burying electric and other utilities like internet at the same time? If I recall correctly, a couple of recent presidential administrations have proposed this idea but been shot down. Posted by Ozark Homesteader
