A Memorial Day ceremony was held at the Columbia County Courthouse in Magnolia, Arkansas, on Monday, May 28, 2012. The most solemn moment came when Bobby Davis and John Mack placed a memorial wreath of red, white and blue on the Columbia County Veterans Memorial at the northeast corner of the courthouse lawn. Featured in this video are Deborah Ebarb, mistress of ceremonies; Magnolia Police Department Chief Glenn Maxwell; Beth Anne Rankin; The Pledge of Allegiance led by Ayran Blackmon; Magnolia Mayor Parnell Vann; Vietnam veteran Ivory Joe McIntyre, and several others who read the names of the fallen. Homicide investigation

The Magnolia, Arkansas Police Department is investigating an apparent murder that took place at 1206 N. Dudney. Police were called to the scene before 8 am Sunday, May 27, 2012.
