City Of Malvern

The City of Malvern is organized under the Mayor-Council form of government. An eight-member City Council elected by wards, sits as the legislative governing body. The Mayor, elected at-large, serves as the City's Chief Elected Officer and oversees the day-to-day administrative activities of the City and aids the City Council in formulating sound municipal policies.
