Central Presbyterian Church

The mission of Central Presbyterian Church is to proclaim in word and deed God's salvation of the world through the giving of God's Son, Jesus Christ.

The Mission Statement of Central Presbyterian Church in Russellville, Arkansas, is intended to portray our congregation's mission commitments. The cross of the Presbyterian Church of the United States of America represents the centrality of Christ's death and resurrection for our identity as His church. The good news of God's love which is revealed to us in Jesus Christ through the work of the Holy Spirit, is addressed to the whole person, spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically. The core of the statement is the charge to proclaim in our words and deeds Jesus Christ as the One in whom the word and activity of God are united, carrying out this charge through five major areas of work.
