July 7, 2011 Department of Communication restructured A major academic reorganization was announced at Harding University in April, naming Dr. Larry Long as provost, forming a provost council and creating the College of Allied Health. Those changes also caused a move for programs in communication. The Communication Sciences and Disorders Program will be under the College of Allied Health, while the Department of Communication will make its home in the College of Arts and Humanities under the supervision
