New music department head appointed

June 8, 2011 New music department head appointed Harding University President David B. Burks announced Wednesday afternoon that Dr. Kelly Neill has been appointed chair of the Department of Music effective immediately. Neill, assistant professor of music, replaces Dr. J. Warren Casey who recently accepted dual appointment as dean of the Honors College and dean of the College of Arts and Humanities.
