Judge: Lindsey didn't pay enough dump truck debt

U.S. District Judge Jimm Larry Hendren ruled Tuesday that a bankruptcy court erred when it let former real estate developer John David Lindsey pay only part of a debt owed to a heavy-equipment leasing company after he filed for bankruptcy protection.
