Heart failure affects five million people in the U.S. and the disease is on the rise. Evidence suggests that patients and their caregivers who are well educated on managing the condition experience a more successful transition home after a hospitalization and are more likely to avoid readmission.
Join us for a FREE class where Chandler Regional experts will discuss information essential to managing congestive heart failure, including diet, weight and symptom management, and medication regimen.
Congestive heart failure is caused by impairment of the heart’s ability to pump effectively. The following are manageable conditions that can place you at risk for heart failure:

(Course material is repeated each week, and participants are welcome to attend more than one session)
