27th Annual Pioneer Luncheon

The 27^th Annual Pioneer Luncheon will be held at the Historic San Marcos Hotel Pavilion on Saturday, April 30, 2011, starting at 11am. The event honors the contributions of the many pioneering families and individuals who have lived in Chandler for over 50 years and have made lasting contributions to our community.

The program includes: A history presentation including historic photos of Chandler and personal stories of the past, award presentations to Citizens of History, Outstanding Women of Chandler and Pioneer of the Year.

The Pioneer Luncheon is open to the public and those interested in attending should contact Michel Larson before April 17 to reserve a space. There is no charge for the luncheon, however a suggested donation of $25 will be gratefully accepted and benefit the Chandler Historical Society’s endowment fund for the new Chandler Museum.

The Historical Society is currently seeking sponsors for this event. Sponsorships can be the donation of a silent auction item or table sponsorship.
