Enjoy Five Days of Fair Fun

Letuce Entertain You at the 2008 Verde Valley Fair. Come and enjoy all your favorites and some new things too! Thrilling carnival rides, delectable fair food, lively livestock and family friendly entertainment will all highlight the annual community event.

Saturday night, don’t miss the concert of the season – come on out and see country superstar Collin Raye. Singing his hits including That’s My Story and I Can Still Feel You, Collin puts on an amazing show everyone is SURE to enjoy.

New this year, Welde’s Bears will perform daily. See giant brown bears perform. Bears have been a part of the Welde family for over 70 years. It’s a wonderful show filled with fun and information about these beautiful creatures.

Doggies of the Wild West are back by popular demand. Trained pooches performing all kinds of tricks will keep you laughing. Cook’s Racing Pigs will tear up the track several times every day. Racing for milk and cookies, these swift swine are a crowd favorite. Mitchell Marionettes bring an old fashioned family show to the fair. Filled with music, comedy, puppets and ventriloquism, this awesome act is sure to please.

The annual Youth Livestock Auction will take place on Saturday, May 3rd. The auction is the culmination of months of work for valley youth. Working with the animals is an educational experience for many young people. Participate in the auction and help local kids.

The Verde Valley Fair – the place to eat great food, see awesome entertainment, run into old friends and make some new ones! Don’t miss it April 30th through May 4th at the Verde Valley Fairgrounds in Cottonwood .

Fair and Browns Amusements Offers Ways to Save

If thrills and chills are you thing, if you’re into extreme excitement or if you like the merry-go-round, the Verde Valley Fair is the place for you. And by buying in advance, you can save. Discount unlimited carnival ride tickets are on sale now!

An unlimited carnival ride ticket will get you one day of all the rides you want to ride. The best part, the ticket is good for any one day you choose! Tickets are on sale for a limited time in Cottonwood at Food City , Fry’s, Suzy Q, Safeway, The Cowboy Shop and the fair office. You can also purchase your tickets in Camp Verde at Bashas’. Purchase yours no later than Tuesday, April 29th.

Tickets are just $17 in advance. The unlimited ride pass is available at the fair but the onsite price is $25 each Get yours early and save. There is no limit on the number you can purchase, so buy enough for the whole family to enjoy the carnival every day!
