Mission Statement

Fountain Hills Community Theater is a non-profit, community organization dedicated to providing live, quality theatre experiences to the people of Fountain Hills, Rio Verde, Tonto Verde, North Scottsdale and the Fort McDowell Indian community.

About Us:

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, live, intimate theatrical experiences, while contributing to overall cultural development.

Established in1987 by a dedicated group of individuals, our theater has really grown, overcoming many challenges, and enjoying many rewards, including numerous AriZoni Awards!

Under the guidance of Mainstage Artistic Director Peter J. Hill, we have grown steadily and drawn both patrons and actors from all parts of The Valley of the Sun. Our award-winning Youth Theater is nutured by Artistic Director Ross Collins.

Our Box Office has been expanded under the watchful eye of Stephani McDonald, our office manager. Also, our educational programs continue to grow. Under the guidance of Patty Torrilhon and Ross Collins, we are reaching more young people than ever!

We're excited about The Friends of FHCT, a group of individuals whose goal is to initiate activities and raise funds all year long!

Our advancements are made through continuing annual support from The Town of Fountain Hills, The Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, SRP, Boeing Corporation, MCO Properties, Sunridge Foundation, Kiwanis Clubs, The Rotary and many corporate donors, organizations and individuals. Your generosity has underscored the importance you place on live theater.
