Calling all artists! Glendale Plein Air Competition celebrates Arizona’s centennial. Join us for the 2012 Plein Air Painting Event in historic downtown Glendale during the Chocolate Affaire on Saturday, Feb. 4. This outdoor event is open to any artist, age 18 and older, who paints using the plein air technique in oil, watercolor, acrylic or pastel.
