40 acres in escrow

The Stilo Group has taken the first steps toward their large-scale development, approved by the Tusayan Town Council last year on Nov. 2, by arranging an escrow account for the deed and title for 20 acres at Kotzin Ranch and 20 acres for Ten X Ranch. They will remain in the account until other development agreement targets are met.
