Easter Egg Hunt Co-Sponsored By: Wal-Mart of Kingman The Easter Bunny is hopping this way to help you celebrate another year of hunting eggs in Kingman. The Recreation Department has restructured the annual hunt to accommodate larger age groups and give more opportunity to win an Easter filled basket. Separate hunt areas will be assigned to the following ages: Walking toddlers to 3 years, 4 to 5 years, 6 to 8 years, 9 to 12 years, and “special needs”. Each age division will have a staggered start every 15 minutes. “Golden Eggs” will be hidden in each hunt area to win an Easter Basket graciously donated by our own Kingman Wal-Mart. For this event only, “Exceptional Needs” is defined as follows; an individual whose physical capacity to move is temporarily or permanently physically limited, impaired or delayed and is exhibited by difficulties in independent movement and/or with minimal mobility to participate, or lacking use of a limb; or an individual who is visually impaired which would otherwise have a significant impact on their ability to participate; an individual whose mental impairment is defined as moderate to severe mental retardation, severe traumatic/acquired brain injury, or other cognitive impairment which would otherwise have a significant impact on their ability to participate.
