Halloween is supposed to be spooky and fun, but accidents can cast a spell on the holiday.  The Valleywide Fire Information Officers Network wants to make sure families celebrate safely!

According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), decorations are the first thing to ignite in more than 1,000 reported home fires each year.
