Who makes up the top 1 percent?

The Economist magazine looks at who the top 1 percent is beyond CEOs, Mitt Romney, doctors, lawyers and Wall Street brokers. Income inequality has been a focus of the Occupy movements including in Phoenix. It’s also part of the presidential campaign and of discussion as Arizona and other U.S. states grapple with high-wage job growth and an economic underclass.
