Get in shape with boot camp at the YMCA.  Classes focus on increasing flexibility, balance, strength, and cardio. All levels welcome.

Classes are taught by motivating instructors at 0630 Wednesdays and 0830 Fridays. 

Come 5 min early to set up and bring a water bottle.
