SCOTTSDALE, AZ---Valley of the Sun Artist Jeff Ivanhoe, the King of Pop -- that's soda pop and beer cans -- is launching his new DVD, How to Create Soda & Beer Can AluMosaics at the Scottsdale International Auto Museum, 9119 E Indian Bend Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85250.
This instructional two disc DVD is the culmination of Jeff's many years of teaching his New Craft-New Passion to enthusiastic students throughout the area. Ivanhoe, crediting his students, said, "My students are the reason we are doing this. They are the people who suggested this unique craft become an instructional DVD."
http://www.aluMosaics.comJeff Ivanhoe first created AluMosaics over thirty years ago, just after he moved to the Valley. The AluMosaic is a one-of-a-kind art form that utilizes small rectangle "tiles" cut from soda and beer cans utilizing the actual color of the cans. The multi-colored tiles are amazingly crafted into stunning works of art; some as large as four feet by six feet.
His subject matter ranges from classic autos, to celebrities such as John Lennon and Elvis, to Native American images, to butterflies and horses. See

"There is an added bonus to Jeff's artwork," stated Micah Tutay, a Phoenix networker, "With his AluMosaics and the DVD, Ivanhoe has taken recycling to a new and exciting level."
Mr. Ivanhoe will be demonstrating his AluMosaic technique and will be available for interviews throughout the event.
