The Art of Beading with Komala Rohde

This class introduces you to making jewelry with wire wrapping. We will look at materials, design and function. You will receive hands-on instructions on how to make a pair of earrings, create a chain-linked bracelet or necklace, work with teardrop and briolette beads as well as working with and making your own jump rings. Twisting wire, crafting different clasps, coiling and creating wire links are introduced as well as creating your own eye and head pins. We will learn how to age wire jewelry as well as caring for and cleaning your creations.
