Arizona Centennial Children’s Essay Contest Awards Ceremony

To commemorate the Arizona Centennial, Tempe Elementary School District is coordinating an essay contest open to students in all Tempe elementary schools. Students in grades 4-8 are encouraged to write an essay based on the topic of Arizona’s centennial. Awards will be selected in two categories (grades 4-5 and grades 6-8) by a panel of teachers from the Tempe Elementary School District. The public is invited to attend the ceremony at the Tempe History Museum.
