Downtown Tempe Community

The Downtown Tempe Community, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that works in partnership with the City of Tempe to increase the value of the Mill Avenue District through enhanced management and promotional services on behalf of DTC members and other downtown stakeholders.

Local business and property owners, working with The City of Tempe, created the DTC in 1993 in response to a growing, dynamic district economy and environment. The purpose of the new organization was to provide enhanced management and promotional services to the district.
