If you couldn't make out some of it, then here's what it is: During the time you'll have, you'll need to create a video that resembles Halloween. what kind you ask, well it's simple really. you can make it into a comedy, horror, entertainment, a musical, and/or a sudden twist. but here are a few rules:1. has to be a new video, an "already sumitted" one. 2. you can reinact some parts of a movie(but not all of it). 3. you can use animation, movie maker, real live people and sock puppets to make your video. you can even use a GAME for your video. 4. Make it look good and clear, not blurry and low quality. 5. Don't rush in your movie! you'll have 25 days to make it(24 starting tomorrow). and I think that's all the rules. Oh and the winners will be in one of my videos, in a "Congradulations!" picture that I'll be sending them to(or post it up here if someone on DA did it). why did I say "Winners?" because Many will enter, 5 WILL WIN! the only to enter is to contact me here, on youtube, or on "My"space(Search: Linkin Videos or Link A).
