Animal Shelter Closed June 2

Apple Valley, CA – The Town of Apple Valley Animal Shelter will be closed Tuesday, June 2 for staff training. A drop box is available at the shelter for payments and any fees due on June 2 will be given a one day grace period until Wednesday, June 3.

Animal Control Officers will be available for emergency calls only.  For animal related emergencies please call 961-6001 for dispatch.

Animals with a “claim by” date of June 2 or picked up on June 2 will be held one extra day for owners to claim them.

Shelter hours are usually Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
