Geranium Show and Sale
The Geranium Society presents its annual geranium and pelargonium celebration.

Arcadia, CA (April 19, 2017) The beautiful flower and foliage of geraniums and pelargoniums will be the focus of the Geranium Society’s Annual Show and Sale from 9am to 4pm, May 13 and 14, 2017, in Ayres Hall at the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden. Entrance to the Show and Sale is free with Arboretum Admission.

Did you know?! Geraniums and Pelargoniums are highly drought-tolerant. They are lush, florific, and smell good too! A year-round delight for your garden. At the Show, Geranium Society members will have their prize plants on display, showing off the wide variety of colors, textures, scents, shapes, and flowers that this genera has to offer. At the Sale, unusual plants - not available at any box store - will be available. Noted nurseries bringing special sale items include: Robin Parer of Geraniaceae, John Schoustra of Greenwood Daylily Gardens, Matt-Dell Tufenkian of Dominus Plantarum, as well as Geranium Society Members with their private collections.

About the Geranium Society. Geranium Society meetings are a great way to make new friends and learn about these hardy, drought-tolerant plants. Members get together to share their knowledge about cultivation, propagation, plant history, and more. Members receive free plants at almost every meeting - a wonderful way to add color and diversity to your garden! We meet in the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden, Bamboo Room at 7:30pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month - except May, July, and August.
