Customer Service Academy

Starting next week the Merced College Workplace Learning Resource Center will be offering their Customer Service Academy at the Atwater Community Center.  The Academy includes 10 courses that are designed to equip individuals with the skills needed to effectively work with customers and co-workers.  Classes are given the first two Thursdays of every month allowing students to complete each course in two days.  Started at MercedCollege, this program has been adapted by colleges throughout California and has met great success with large corporations and small business alike.  The courses have been recommended by business professionals from all fields of commerce and can be very effective in any office or other industry setting.  The first class, Customer Service, begins Thursday February 3rd so sign up now!  Please do not miss the opportunity to bring this useful skill set to your corporation.
