Goals

Student Performance
To develop and implement academic programs; to develop, revise, and implement a balanced core curriculum; and to provide in-service to maximize staff performance and instruction, all leading to improved student performance.

Personnel Development
To establish procedures and systems that enhance the performance of classified and certificated staff in order to promote academic achievement and employee performance.

Facilities/Support Services
To provide adequate school facilities which serve to enhance student performance throughout the Colton Joint Unified School District.

Long And Short Term Budgeting
To plan and implement a budget that maximizes the opportunity for student performance at all levels within the Colton Joint Unified School District.

Student Safety And Attendance
To maximize student performance in the Colton Joint Unified School District by ensuring a safe learning and working environment and maintaining high attendance rates.

Community Relations And Parent Involvement
To enhance the visibility and positive image of students, staff, and programs in the Colton Joint Unified School District and to increase parent involvement in their children's education.
