Free Landlord/Property Managment Training

MODESTO, CA- The Modesto Police Department is offering free Landlord/Property Management training from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday March 13, 2008 at the Modesto Police Department located at 600 10th Street.

This training is offered several times a year as part of the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program and is open to rental property owners, managers and staff. Topics include: Fair Housing/Applicant Screening, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, Security Lighting, Crime Free Multi-Housing Program Information, Fire Safety/Prevention, Evictions, and Gang & Drug Recognition.
