Meet with us to talk Real Esate
The goal of our meetings is to educate consumers who are interested in real estate. From Single Family House to commercial real estate investing, all issues can be brought to the group for discussion and suggestions. We will all learn from each other, share successes, but also share failures, as often times, we learn more from mistakes.
When the group is large enough, we will invite "specialists", like 1031 exchange, IRA investing, to come speak to the group.
We will talk about the role of Realtors, and how to make sure your Realtor actually knows how to calculate investment returns. Purely sales oriented real estate agents may not be able to help you decide.
We will talk about "funding" your investment, including techniques like zero down, the differences between residential and commercial lending, etc.
Bring your own topic, and lets find out how much the group can help you. The organizer is very willing to invite specialist.
We will discuss opportunities, and how to syndicate to get into that opportunity.
We will talk about TIC's and the advantages and disadvantages.
