Earth Day - Wild and Scenic Environmental Film Festival

Festival features a selection of environmental films chosen from among the hundreds originally screened at the WSEFF in Nevada City, California every January.  The evening will represent a mix of relevant, thought-provoking and often humorous films to inspire and educate the audience The Tahoe Earth Day Foundation is proud to be one of many environmental groups around the nation to host the Patagonia Wild & Scenic Environmental Film Festival, and believes the films are a great way to kick off the North Tahoe/Truckee Earth Day celebration. Coordinators of the festival are excited to be bringing the festival back again this year. “We are really looking forward to a great selection of high impact thought provoking films presented in a great atmosphere and a spacious setting with room for hundreds of film and environmental enthusiasts from around the region.” Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Tickets are $10 advance, $12 at the door, and will be on sale beginning in April at New Moon Natural Foods, Mad about Music and Alice's Market.

Doors open at 6pm Show begins at 7pm.
