Working Together For the Needs of Our Returning Troops

America Helping Heroes is a grassroots organization that works together with individual communities across America to take care of its own returning troops from Iraq and Afghanistan and their families.

America Helping Heroes is all about the prevention of unnecessary hardship for our returning military and their families -- in order to ensure that this generation of soldiers has it better than those recent wars.

The philosophy is if every community takes care of its own returning soldiers -- the unnecessary hardships can be prevented. Hardships that would otherwise grow into more serious problems can be prevented with the help of the community.

Many soldiers and their families have to deal with a host of challenges and must carry the burdens following their deployment -- with little or no help.

Each community chapter of America Helping Heroes consists of volunteers who participate in one or more of the following:

Mentors

Community Soldier Fund

Medi-Share/LegalShare

Job Finders

Anyone from 9 to 90 can participate in this great movement. It is not about fundraising or donating money -- it is about attitude, gratitude, and giving a little time to the well-being of our community heroes.
